Debs Residence

Client contacted us because she was trying to sell her home and had some items on the inspection report that needed to be corrected. Upon completing all of those items she inquired about this repair.

A few years back, she had a dog sitter watch her dog while she was on vacation and the dog had peed, and the watcher had left it.

This had stained the area and since it was never taken care of it just got worse. She had a white oak floor and we had to remove sections of the floor to replace the wood because it was too soaked to sand out.

We replaced the wood and were able to match the color of the floor by mixing multiple colors together. We have to do this because an aged floor does not have its true color anymore and matching with the original color would not work.

After we had Finished, it was about 72 hours and the client was extremely happy. After the sale of the home was completed, she disclosed to us that the new buyer had not even recognized or mentioned the floors that we worked on.
