This client was referred to us by Dry Roof roofing.

They had an issue with a water leak along the siding of their home. The stone and mortar started to erode and when they replaced the roof, they noticed that there was some more water damage around the side.

We were contracted to come in and investigate.

Investigation led to the discovery of prolonged water, exposure, and damage eroding the framing inside of the wall.

We had to replace the framing, redo the headers and replace essentially everything except for the drywall. We were able to do this repair without touching the custom drywall finish on the inside of the home office on the other side of the wall.
