Quail Trail Residence

This client had a condominium complex. A total of 90 units in a three-story configuration. We were contracted to replace all of the balconies because the ones they had were falling apart and posed a safety hazard. We finished below budget and ahead of schedule. The client and all of the tenant could not have been happier.
