This project was a company created concept. Expanded the primary bedroom into the secondary and added a large walk-in closet off the primary’s bathroom, turning the current closet into the water closet with Toto bidet. We moved the door to the second bedroom to the other side of the room resulting in an overall 33% increase in Primary bedroom size.

This project included running new electric lines to the breaker box, new, plumbing lines, adding framing support for existing walls, adding ceiling support joists for the extra large 3‘ x 3‘ tiles and re-bracing floor joists to eliminate floor squeak
